How to book your ANCV holiday?

Seniors eligible for the program

  • People aged 60 and over
  • Retired or not working
  • Residents of France

AND

  • Spouses listed on the annual tax return (married or civil union); whatever his/her age, he/she benefits from the same conditions as the senior citizen eligible for the program
  • People with disabilities from the age of 55 and providing proof of a disability card or an allowance to compensate for their disability.

Step 1: register for the ANCV Seniors on Holiday program

It is essential to register for the Seniors en Vacances program from ANCV (Agence Nationale pour les Chèques-Vacances).

Fill in the registration form on the last page of the ANCV Seniors en Vacances catalog.

Must include the following documents:

  • A copy of each participant's valid identity card

  • A photocopy of all pages of the last tax notice (for each participant if not on the same notice)

  • In the event of loss of autonomy or disability: a copy of proof (disability card, AAH notification, disability pension, notification from the departmental council or CARSAT depending on the GIR)

This form is essential if you wish to take part in the Séniors en Vacances program and, where applicable, benefit from ANCV financial assistance.

Step 2: Book your stay with Cévéo

Without waiting for your ANCV confirmation, you can book your stay with Cévéo and make sure of availability:

To do when you call:

  • Choose your destination (sea, mountain or countryside among the 8 Cévéo villages)

  • Please specify your desired dates, your personal information, your means of transport

  • Indicate if you wish to take out cancellation insurance

  • Transmit your ANCV number (if already received) or you can provide it to us on receipt

Important

  • A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required within 5 days of your booking

  • The balance is payable no later than 30 days before the start of the stay

  • If the ANCV file number is not provided to us no later than 30 days before the stay, a supplement of €50 per person will automatically be applied.

At a glance:

  • The ANCV file number assigned to you is valid only for the current calendar year.

After processing, you will receive:

  • A confirmation letter specifying your eligibility

  • An ANCV file number (e.g. ID2580), essential for the rest of your registration
