The station

Located in the Isère region of France, the 7 Laux resort is a dynamic area popular with freeride and freestyle enthusiasts. With 120 km of pistes, the resort extends over three sectors (Le Pleynet, Prapoutel and Pipay) and offers spectacular panoramas of the Belledonne massif. Its renowned snowpark, one of the best in France, attracts riders in search of thrills and spills. In addition to downhill skiing, Les 7 Laux offers a multitude of activities: ski touring, snowshoeing, and even a wellness center to relax after a day on the slopes. Altitude from 1350 m to 2400 m

Alpine Skiing

120 km of pistes on the 7 Laux ski area.

22 lifts including 12 surface lifts, 9 chairlifts and 1 conveyor.

One of the best-equipped snowparks in France, with 3 levels of courses, a boardercross and a snakegliss (descent on sledges hung together, piloted by Christophe, your mid-mountain guide, with the possibility of finishing the day with a meal in the Finnish chalet).

Nordic skiing

Espace nordique du Barioz

Access by car via Col du Barioz (1h from Le Pleynet). High-altitude site (1,450 to 1,900 m) with 360° panoramic views: 50 km of groomed ski runs for alternating and skating, and secure snowshoe trails.

Domaine d'altitude du Pleynet

3.5 km of pistes at 1950 m accessible by Pincerie chairlift. Please note: high-altitude ski area open subject to weather conditions. 23 km of runs spread over Paproutel and Pleynet.

The E.S.F. offers lessons for all levels in downhill skiing, cross-country skiing and snowboarding from age 4.
